Seat Back Panel

Hello Everyone! I am getting around to replacing the plastic panel on the back of my pass. seat. One of my kids ripped it off a couple of years ago.
Any ideas on how it mounts?????? 2004 king cab. Thanks for your help!

There are little plastic tabs, similar to the door panels, that snap onto the back of the plastic cover, and then align with matching holes on the back of the seat.

When I first bought the Titan about two years ago I could not understand that plastic panel's purpose. It took me a couple of months to figure out the seat folds forward and the panel makes a tray. See....

Yeah.. I have yet to find a reasonable use for it. That's got to be the least useful feature on this truck. And not because I have no general purpose for it, but because due to the 2-piece seat construction, it is virtually impossible for people smaller in stature to get the seat into a comfortable position. My lady is only 5'-4 and she constantly complains of issues when we go anywhere far. She keeps sliding into the joint between the top and bottom sections and it just doesn't give full lumbar support like a standard seat does. If I could retrofit a driver's seat over there, I'd do it in a heartbeat to lose that useless tray feature....and stop her bitching.....

I took the lady to the beach one day, we used the tray to eat our lunch while sitting in the back escaping the sun for a while.

that was the only time i've used the table...

Since the Titan is supposed to be a "work" truck, the tray is supposed to become a "workstation" for your laptop and such....

I've never used it for anything either.

Thanks black beauty, I got that part , but at the top there is nothing to hook up to that aligns the bottom with the holes! Thanks !

Mystery solved they sold me wrong part and of course right part is twice as much!!!

Law of supply and demand... If they "supply" you the right part, they "demand" twice as much for getting it right...
