Question active headrest

i have the active haedrest on my seats the owners manual says they can move forwards and backwards but mine dont. did i just misread this or are mine just f*#ked ^^

They do move forward and backwards..... You only have to get in an accident to see it happen!! Active means that if you are rear ended the head rest will move forward to support your head as you body presses into the seat.... Hope this makes sense
