I like it, and im glad i joined. Our local has helped get alot of good stuff for us like portable radios for every seat on the rig, as well as head sets so we can have some degree o hearing protection from the diesel and the sirens. its definitely a good move to make, oh yea and we recently kept a guy from getting fired so that goes to show the union can help protect your job!
