Need info on extended warranty.

I'm two years into my lease on my '07 Titan LE. I've only driven it 16,000 miles over the two years (allowed 1,000 miles a month). I like this truck so much that I'm going to purchase it off lease and own it outright, even though I still have 15 months left in the lease. Normally, I never hold onto a truck (or car) more than a couple of years, so running out of warranty is something I've never dealt with before. My question is this: What type of extended warranties are out there? I live 220 miles from the nearest dealership, so I can't just drop in and ask. I guess I could call them, but I thought I would ask here first. Is Nissan even the best place to purchase the extended warranty? Are there other places to buy extended service plans that might be a good deal? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
