Chrome pipe end?

Anyone put a chrome tailpipe end on their Titan? I assume most auto stores would carry one that would just clamp right on.. Details.. they make the truck!

Also, what does a resonator tip do? Look good and change the sound? I notice those have to be welded on. I wouldn't think it would take long or cost much for a muffler shop to install one of those. but would they be annoyingly loud and droning on long trips?

I have one (Monza with resonator) ordered. You can buy one from a parts store. Pep Boys have several. Resonator tip supposes to deepen (mellow down) the sound of the muffler .
