Floor Liners - Husky vs. WeatherTech

I am looking to get either Husky or WT floor liners. Anyone have any reason why one is better than the other??

Re: Floor Liners - Husky vs. WeatherTech

I'd go for the weathertech. I had a husky liner in my Xtera and it took MONTHS for it to actually mold to the back of it (it was folded when shipped). Looks like the weathertechs are a lot more solid

Love my Husky Liners, have had them for 62,250 of the 62,500 miles that are on my truck. Wouldn't trade em.

Re: Floor Liners - Husky vs. WeatherTech

I just got WeatherTechs last week, extremely high quality. Nothing else matches them.

Re: Floor Liners - Husky vs. WeatherTech

weather tech for me too, depends on what you want. Price is the main difference between the two. Both do the same thing. I just went with WT because I bought a set of charcoal colored in-channel rain guards for my crew cab and they were flawless. Fit perfect and was the only one that had the guard extend down from the front of the window. I know quality when I see it so decided to get the WT Floor Liners.

Re: Floor Liners - Husky vs. WeatherTech

I've had the WT floor liners for over 9 months now and absolutely love them. They are a perfect fit out of the box and super easy to clean. Go with the WT.

Re: Floor Liners - Husky vs. WeatherTech

Blip,

I am getting ready to purchase floor liners as well and started the same thread as you did over on MT..... seems like almost everyone prefers the WT's over the Huskys. I also will be going with the WT's based on everyone's responses.

Re: Floor Liners - Husky vs. WeatherTech

I have the Weathertech's, and they fit perfectly. The color match is also very good.

Re: Floor Liners - Husky vs. WeatherTech

I got the Huskies as a gift. I think they work fine and it is definately better than mud or water all over the carpet. I've never seen the Weathertechs though, so I can't comment on them.

Re: Floor Liners - Husky vs. WeatherTech

I go for weathertech floor mats. Aside form the personal experience with the brand, I have been hearing good things about it and so far, it's been working well for me.

Re: Floor Liners - Husky vs. WeatherTech

I have the weathertechs. Perfect fit, look great, price wasn't bad. BUT I have one problem. After about one year, they have faded terribly. The driver's mat is almost completely white in the center (I have the charcoal mats). I can't speak for Husky but I WOULD NOT recommend the Weathertechs.
