Try www.checkerpro.com. Mine if the Fx model. They make a fiberglass one-piece unit. I have used these on my last three trucks. They can be made with locks, lights, quick-release hinges, etc. I got mine in about 8 days from order time. They are fibergalss with an aluminum rail all around it. Weighs about 60 pounds and can be removed in about three minutes with the quick relaes hinges. Here are a couple of pictures of it on my Titan. With the tailgate lock, it gives me a huge trunk to carry tools, luggage etc. It keeps out almost all rain, the gaps in the tailgate cause a little water to get into the back of the bed. They make each one according to your measurements, in case the bed isn't totally square, so it makes for a good fit.
I spoke with the guy who designed it and they made is specifically to work with the Utili-track! Only problem is you have to drill 4 holes (but they will be hidden) on the inside lip. Also, this appears to be more weatherproof than any of the other ones I've seen.
The ONLY problem I have is that it is SHINY as opposed to matte. Any opinions on how this will look on the white truck.

Top 10 Ways You Know You're a Hopeless Procrastinator:
I'm thinking about being a copy-cat. I like the flat appearence of the Checkerpro cover. Did you remove the factory polyliner from your truck? The checkerpro site seems to show some hook like devices connecting to the side of the truck, is this correct? I notice also that you have left on the bedrail caps, was this just personal preference?
Thanks.

The cover I have has two snap locks inside the bed to lock it without the latch being visible. You can also get the cover with two key locks on top. It has gas shocks to hold it up when you open it. Mine is black as it came from the factory. I have seen them sprayed with Rhino or Line-X, and painted to match the truck.
I didn't get any liner from the dealer because I knew I was going to get this cover, since I carry around tools and a mower a lot. I might get a Rhino or Line-X in a couple of years when I scratch this bed all up moving rocks, wood, etc.
Dear Procharger,
It's a shame you haven't come out with a supercharger system for our Nissan Titans yet. I guess the b*st*rds at Stillen will have to get our business. If only you made a reliable, efficient supercharger in the $3500 range as you do for so many other trucks *sigh* [/Guilt Trip]...

I got K-Cover's cover upon the recommendation from members of Clubtitan. I love it, looks like the same thing as the original one posted in this thread. They make it for both cabs, for use with or without utilitrack. I installed mine on my KC w/Utilitrack in about 25 minutes. To remove the cover takes about 20 seconds, it folds into 1/4ths, and opens and locks the same way. Anyway, just a thought, I have been really happy with it.
The "Fold-A-Cover" is a great cover, but necessitates removing the front rails of the utilitrac system. I'd advise going with the Advance Cover instead, as it doesn't require removal of the Utilitrac rails and removes easily and works nearly identically to the "Fold-A-Cover".
i have the fold-a-cover and love it. i have had this cover on other vehicles. They make these covers for all gm trucks. I have even sold 4 of them and all 4 have told me how much they love them. The only complaint i have is that it is not completely water proof. some water will find it's way into bed. but i would recommend purchasing this cover. IMO!

I have this tonneau cover, and I really like it a lot! A note of caution, however, if you install it yourself: As hard as I tried, (and I do tend to be fussy with such installation work), I ended up with an unwanted gap between the right side rail and the cover. In fact, the right-side rail has moved further toward outboard (away from the cover) since the installation. I suspect I did not properly prepare the surface for the adhesive. I wasn't anticipating the "pre-adhesive" (me read instructions??) and I apparently did not give it the detailed attention required. No biggie. I called the company, and they informed me how to remove the rail. I'll do that and all will be good. Also, I had to remove the cover for a large hauling project . . . it took about five minutes . . . and re-installed just as quickly. A one-man-job.
