THIS is the tonneau cover for me.

I just sent them an email. Hopefully they will have something soon. It would be nice to have a Ford when getting after market stuff.

My neighbor has one 3 years old, and it is failing quickly. It no longer locks, and has been known on occation to fly off while on the highway. It may not be the same brand, but be careful!

That one looks similar to the one advertised by Peragon. THey will not make one for the Titan due to the lack of space between the front of the bed and the wheel wells.

Hi Roy,

We have looked into this. With the way that our cover folds up, we
have no room between the front of the bed and the wheel wells.

I don't think this is the same thing as the Peragon.

I sent them a similar email stating my disappointment that they aren't making one for the Titan. Maybe if enough of complain to them they'll come up with one.

Hey ya'll i got this response from PERAGON regarding their cover (see below). I guess they decided a cover for the Titan was gonna be worth the trouble after all. As you can see they are currently working on one for the King Cabs, which is already available to order.

I have contacted them about their offer to use my Titan CC as a test platform and will keep everyone updated with the progress of the design for the Crew Cabs and those with the Utili-Trac System. Also let me know if anyone is interested in a group buy and i'll start a list.

"Hello Curtis -

Thank you for your interest in our product!

We are actually planning to make a cover for the Titan! It is an impressive truck that we do expect will become quite popular.

For the moment, our cover will be available for the Titan King Cab without the Utili-Track system. That version is available to order now, with a lead time of about 8 weeks before production starts. We have not physically seen a Crew Cab or the Utili-Track system yet. If you can assist with photos or dimensions on those versions, we would be happy to look at making a cover for other versions.

I could also work out a deal for you if you would install our cover on your truck and then do a digital photo shoot for our web site!

I would be happy to work out a deal for you on a group buy through TitanTalk, if that would interest you.

Please let me know if I can be of further help.

- Heath"

Wow, now that's results.

The power of TitanTalk!

Maybe we can get other manufacturers to go our way?

I asked the question on March 11 and received the following:
"We are still in the process of making this cover and we are trying to make it compatible with the utility bed package"

I received this response from them on the 9th.

Hi Roy -

I'm sorry for the confusion on this. My secretary answers a lot of email under my name and she was a little confused on our plans for the Titan. Like Curtis posted, we are for sure making a cover for the King Cab, but still working out the details on the Crew Cab and Utili-Track. I have another customer who has been feeding me photos and dims, so I think I'm set for the moment. Please keep checking back and I'll take you up on the suggestion to stop by TitanTalk and keep you guys up to date on how the new model is coming along.

- heath

Let's hope it doesn't take too much longer. I could really use a good cover.

Bed Cover

Hey All

Step dad has this cover, not for a titan thought. He really likes it. I think it looks nice to. I would be interested in going in on a group order if its not going to take to long to get.

Thanks

Peragon cover

Has anyone seen or purchased one of these yet? I see they now list one for the KC and the CC for $499. Looks like a nice cover.

Peragon "Titan Group Buy" discount/rebate.

I followed up with Peragon regarding the possibility of a group buy.
Heath (Peragon) offered the following:
We do now have covers for both the King Cab and Crew Cab versions. Just so you know, our cover will not work with the Utili-Track system. If a Titan has it, it will need to be removed to install our cover. Also, right now with our special price promotion, our production is sold out 6 weeks in advance. So there will be a wait to receive any covers ordered. We do not bill the credit card until the cover is ready to ship.

For a group buy, the discount will come in the form of a rebate credit after the correct number of orders has been received to achieve the group buy level. If not enough orders are received to qualify for the group buy, then no rebates will be issued. The orders will be taken at full price and will be subject to our normal sales policies. Each person ordering will need to specify that their order is part of the Titan Group Buy and we will then flag their order for that deal. The price for the cover is $499 plus $75 shipping to the lower 48 - that's a total of $574. The rebate amounts below will be deducted from that total. Orders to Canada add $50 shipping. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii add $100 shipping. We don't ship anywhere else.

Level 1: (3) Orders - $25 Rebate
Level 2: (5) Orders - $35 Rebate
Level 3: (10) Orders - $50 Rebate

Let me know if you have any questions!

I'm out, as I broke down on Friday and bought a simple roll-up type cover. I decided that it would suit my needs for now.
