I want to install the QX56 center console lid and replace the beat up tray lid. I ordered the part from InfinityPartsUSA.com (Infinity of Scottsdale) using the part number given in the other threads (96920-7s614). In their online catalog it said the color was graphite.
What i got a week later is a light gray cover. I called the dealership and after a back and forth of having them recheck their catalog, the parts guy said the part i have is in fact graphite and its the darkest Infinity has. I told him that's not true since i know many of you have done this mod and have the correct matched lid.
Any thoughts on how i can go about getting the correct lid? I'm sending this one back.
Attached is what the lid they sent me looks like. This is the thread i was referencing: Infinity console lid help?

According to the parts guy, the part number that everyone around here is using (96920-7S614) will also get you the light gray one... i don't know...
If you'd like, i can ship you this one that i have instead of sending it back. That way you know you get gray, not charcoal. I paid $113.67 after shipping.
Beware though, i've read that the Infinity gray does not match the nissan gray so you may get this and it's a few shades off....
Back to my question, anyone know how i can get Charcoal/Graphite?

Thanks for the info BB. I'll have to order the lid from the place you suggested and hope i get the correct color.
The lid i currently have is definetely not white. The picture i originally took makes it look white for some reason... Attached is a better picture, comparing it to a sheet of white printer paper.

It's the lighting. The dealer send i could send it back and they'd give me a full refund and waive the 20% restocking fee. I have to pay shipping back though. Shouldn't be much.
I'll just send it back.
