Free, did it myself, it's pretty easy, first time for me, took about one hour because I went slow and sure.

It shouldn't cost you more than the cost of 1 hour's labor max if you have a shop do it.

Did it myself.....on the floor of my garage. You will need some metric deep well sockets. Took about 1.5 hours and I was taking my time.

Is there no welding involved here? Does the kit come with every piece of hardware necessary? Is it a TRUE bolt on?

It is a true bolt on with no welding required. Very easy install.

45 plus tax

master muffler in jackson, tn. did it in 45 minutes so he said that will be 45 dollars plus tax total of 51.61 for the labor.

tax on labor? where does the extra 6.61 come into play? shop supplies? you might want to check on that.
