Are any of you guys using the in channel vent visors with tinted windows? I would like to install a set but I am worried about the tint peeling with the extra tight fit of the vent visor.

I just installed the weathertech weatherflectors on Saturday. I had to get a replacement drivers side as when I first attempted to install, the weatherflector fought a losing battle with the window and broke while in the channel. I like them though now that they are installed - looks better than the vent visors I had on my Tundra.

I also installed the WeatherTech weatherflectors on my Titan (all four doors).
I also broke a piece on the driver side flector, but experience no drawbacks in operation. I experienced some "shavings" on the top of the windows the first couple weeks, but no big deal in my opinion, just the weatherflectors seating themselves.
Honestly - Pros are awaresome/much cleaner look than stick on deflectors and high functionality - very little increase in wind noise/buffeting in cabin. Cons are the front window deflectors are tedious to install and they do contact the window (much more than the rear deflectors)
Personally I think they are worth it and I also feel the spec for the front deflector is just a little too large, thus the slight interference as you put the window up.
Be glad to send anyone pics if it is helpful.
Me three, plus deals on where to buy such visors...
Sure gets hot here in KY...

EDIT: Also, are these fairly easy to uninstall? I was thinking I would install them and let them get "broken in" then remove them before I get the windows tinted (temporarily) untill the tint has cured, then re-install them...
I have the tinted window visors too and wished I bought the clear ones. They don't help with the already big A pilar. Just be careful with the pedestrians during the left turns.
MacNeil Automotive (the factory) wants $54.00 + $8.00(2 day shipping). I ordered mined on Tuesday afternoon and they were at my house on Thursday. Installed them incorrectly that night, called MacNeil on friday and reinstalled them correctly Friday night.
p.s. MacNeill is sending me little slide on rubber grommet to put on the edge of the visor next to the mirrors (to keep the visor edge from rubbing against the window weatherstripping).

Be careful with the install, it's a liitle tricky. There is a video on the MacNeil website for the installation. Make sure you raise and lower your windows to seat the visor.
