The quality is awsome, and install is a breaze, but there is no locking mechanism like the truxedo. There will be 2 zippers in each corner, so you could use a lock if you wanted. The Truxedo is a lifetime warranty, and the Nissan is only 12 months or 12k miles, wich ever comes first! The truxedo crossbars are attached to the cover and roll with the cover, and the nissan crossbars are held to the side rails with pins. I will try and have some pictures later today!

FYI, A dealer here in Denver happened to have one in already on a special order, so I stopped by and looked at it yesterday. Overall it seems like good quality, it's very similar to the Truxedo Lo Profile except after you pull up the velcro, there is then a zipper. There are two bows that cross the bed on the CC, 3 for the KC. Now, here's the bad part.
The instructions say the clamps that hold the rails down should hook into the top lip of the Utilitrac. You are supposed to use 2 on each side for the CC, and 3 for the KC. Therefore any accessories would only be able to move between them. If you don't have the Utilitrac, they just hook under the lip of the top rail. It might be possible slide in the clamp above the top of the Utilitrax, but I wasn't going to scratch up someone else's order. The clamp varies in thickness, but is probably not quite a 1/4" thick where it turns back under.
The clamps are actually two pieces, one part hooks under the lip, the other hooks to the top rail and is where the bow connects to the system. I think you might be able to drill to connect the tonneau rail to the top rail, including part of the clamp setup for the bows. Anyway, I suggest you physically look at it before laying out the cash. It is a quality solution, and if the hardcover I want doesn't come out soon, I'll probably go with it myself.

I wouldn't be bothered by the way it attaches and blocks stuff sliding in the tracks, provided the cover and clamps are easy to uninstall.

Are they?

Thanks.

Yes, the two clamp sections are held together by a single bolt. Possible the same bolt size as the accessories, so you could loosen everything with the tool and slide it all around.

Does the Truxedo have the cross braces too? If so how many? Sounds like I'm going with the Truxedo.

The Truxedo Lo-Pro has 3 cross members I think. I have it on my truck and it's great. You can eliminate the brackets that hold the middle and back (clostest to the tail gate) and use self tapping flat screws. I have not tried this yet but I know that a couple of the other members here have done it and it works for them. With the self tappers in place, you should <---disclaimer, be able to use the bed divider with out any issues. The divider will be a few inches off of the front of the bed due to the brackets that are near the cab. The bed extender has to be slid up into the bed when not in use. Again, I have read this from a couple members that are in Titantalk and they have said it to have worked.
