lock for your tonneau?

Hi,
Just got my Titan 2 days ago , want to buy a soft tonneau like truxedo or the like to put on. Just got a couple of questions:
Do the Truxedo has locks or anything to prevent it from being stolen?
Is it easy to install/remove the tonneau quickly?
What I am concerned is driving the Titan with the cover to the mall or shopping center and some one can remove it easily.
Also along that line, I have a sliding bed extender, that thing is so easy to be remove. Any suggestion on how to lock it in place?
I know I can solve all the above problem with a hard cover tonneau but we go to the lake pretty often and our water tube is wider than the bed so it would not work with the hard tonneau.

If you buy a Truxedo, which has a lock-down but no "lock"
per se, just keep your tailgate locked and if someone tries
to steal the cover they have to cut it to open it, thus making
it worthless to them. If your tailgate is unlocked, a 9/16 wrench
will remove the tonneau and rails in about 10 minutes. To keep
your bed extender from being taken, secure it with a cable lock
to the bed's tie downs.
