Re: How to get about 4" of lift without breaking the bank or going for a body lift.
body lift will give you 3. your pretty much maxed out suspension wise unless you go with coilovers and a small spacer. even then you'll be at like 8 overall.

whats steering you away from body lift?? they work pretty decent with our trucks and will put you right about where you need for cheap if you install yourself

clearance for what? Itll give you plenty for larger tires. Your running a drop bracket lift kit. You cant really get good ground clearance no matter what. Unless you jack up the preload on coilovers. than it'll ride like sh!t and put a worse angle on your cv's. honestly, either a normal 6-7 inch lift (drop bracket) with a body lift or a bullet proof is what your stuck with for 4wd titans.

took the words out of my mouth i had my coil overs cranked a big amount for about 5 months and went through 5 torn cv boots.. it was a hassle changing them out all the time.. so took the preload down and added the body lift for the height i wanted.. and ya the clearance is only from the tires on a 4wd.. pretty happy with how it is now and could put 38's on if i wanted
