Where did you get the air dam painted and what was the cost? I'm in FTW and have the same color truck, Im thinking of doing the same.
What's up dude. Glad you made it onto the forums. I got mine painted by my buddies, dad shop. He's been doing paint and body for 30 + years. He charged me like $100 bucks for it.

I have an 08, SE, KC, 2wd, BT with stock height tires and no lift. It is easy to crawl under the T on my back to reach the oil and tranny drain plugs. Has anyone with a 2wd, stock height and stock height wheels changed his oil or tranny fluid after installing the air dam? If so did it restrict you getting under the T to a significant degree or not?

I am on stock height for now. I have gone under it yet with my air dam installed but it looks like it may be a little cramped up to crawl under it now without bumping into it. I have a inclined driveway so I will probably reverse park in and have the front of the truck a little out so I can have some crawling space to go under, but on a leveled driveway, I don't think I could fit right under there like I could before since the dam is installed.

Just run down to Ace hardware or something and buy you some nice stainless stuff for it instead of those cheesy clips and screws from Nissan.
Yep that is fact. At least you couldn't on my bro in laws, because his wrapped down low, but if you can get around the lip of the bumper down there without interference then you can install it. If I am not mistaken most of the Bull bars go to the tow hook mounts don't they? I know for certain if you have the off-road skid plate then it will not work. It comes up front under the bumper, the regular 2wd plate mounts up under and behind the bumper.
Im not so sure of that bro. I know things are a little different depending on model and what bar you want but go look at what Fish just posted about his facelift to his truck. He put on an airdam and a bull bar. His does attach at the tow hooks and not under the bumper but still. take a look My T is Getting a Facelift

Where is the best place to order the air dam online? Unless the dealership keeps em in stock or something, I just may ride up there and get one since i'm getting a new OEM T-stat anyway.
I may not even paint mine since my T is smoke and i have the grille and lower bumper originally chrome painted black with plasti-dip, which that is about to change, the plasti dip is pealing on the lower grill and I need to strip it all off and figure out a way to get some rustoleum black or other black paint to adhere to that dayum chrome.
Course I could just gloss black and clear coat the air dam, i think that would look good.
Lets see some SMOKE titans with the air dam. These is such a great mod, i can't believe i've overlooked it for so long till now.

i am 2wd and stock height and i tried to use a roller to slide under from the front and my chest hit on the airdam. i am not exactly a small guy, but there is not a ton of room at stock.

Here's the best pic of mine. I was gonna color match it, but the flat black look has grown on me a little. Gloss black would look good though, I may steal your idea if you don't mind. Picked mine up from a dealer for $42 I think, $5 for SS hardware at Lowes, 20 minute install, done!

I can't make up my mind until today about the rear lowering on my T, i was concerned that I have the 20x10 KMC rockstars with the -44 offset/backspacing so they stick out of the fenders about 2-2.5in on all corners. Gweasel cleared that up for me though as I thought if I removed a 3rd leaf it would be 3in lower which is great, i was just concerned if on a hard launch or sometype of crazy bump the tire would hit the fender well sides.
That can be fixed with the correct valved rear shocks. Talked with Mike@Tapauto today, awesome guy and will be getting parts from him very soon. Anyway we talked about rear shocks that will be stiffer than the Bilstein HD and made by Radflo and possibly even by Fox racing, but these will help with lowering the rear.
Might even be some drag racing specific valved shocks in the future by either Fox or Radflo that mike was talking about.
Anyway, the air dam is something I have to get soon lol, i will call my local stealership and see if they have one in stock.

Jbowles what year is your titan and what rear drop shackles did you use?
Thanks M, I've always liked your T. Clean and simple.
I'm an 06', I have the Alldayfab.com shackles. They say 2", but I only got about a 1" drop. Still looks okay IMO. I was gonna remove a leaf, but I haul enough stuff to need that extra.
