Just got an email from him. He's gonna try and come up with some designs for me. Both for a heavy duty bumper and for a pre runner bumper. He's having a tough time coming up with designs because he's only done jeeps and never a titan and I want It to flow well with the truck. I have also been trying to come up with some designs, but I suck at this. Lol

And if you feel like throwing some designs my way, then please do! Lol. If you design the pre runner, use some sheets of metal to cover up some of the open space, somethin similar to the ADD bumper for our trucks. I posted it on the first page.

Anything helps man! Especially te measurements. This guys work is legit, but I wanna make it as simple as possible for him. He was sayinghe could do a full heavy duty bumper for 650$ for us titan owners. If we can get a solid design then this would be the cheapest option for us titan owners.

Alright guys.. Looking at possible getting the materials together by myself so I don't get a crazy markup in price. Lets say I was going with something similar to te ADD bumper(ill post the picture of it) how far off am I with material? I just put together this list real quick to get a quick estimate on prices.. Let me know f this list is way off and if it is, what all do you think will be needed. This bumper will not get beat to hell so it doesn't have to be extremely stout.

Exactly! Hopefully we can figure the design out today or tmrw. He said it would probably take him a week to complete the bumper. Updates coming soon!
when you take off teh stock bumper there is the front of the frame rails. with holes already tapped for bolts. 4 holes on each side. i used a piece of steel to bolt there and then welded my squiare tubing off those. i ended up only having 3 bolts per side cause the tubing went off one corner. and then i also used the stock support spots to put extra support there.

Lol. I have no clue wth colled rolled is. I do know what sch80 is though lol. That nfab bumper is nice. I wonder how it would look if te gaps were filler in between the tubes on the sides of te skid plate? Does the list look legit? Or am I missing some sh!t? Lol
