Rear window outer seal?

I think that's what its called... either way mine is torn and I've searched everywhere and found nothing.. can someone point me in the right direction of how to change this? You can see in the picture how mine is torn pretty bad.

Sorry I didn't mention that before. I ordered the part and have it now. But how do I actually change it out? I found the link of how to remove the entire rear window but i having seen anything of how to remove just this seal...

Just roll the window down and inside the truck start at one corner and pull toward you.

i know this thread is a year old, but where did you finally get the outer seal from? mine runs about a 1/4 inch short on both sides and im getting significant water penetration.

I actually got lucky and found a titan in a junk yard close by and grabbed the seal. From what I saw on the link above part # 78706 I believe on diagram 4 is the seal. And its like $8 but costs more to ship it than it is to buy...
