BT Mirror LED Blinkers

Finally installed my LED blinkers on my BT mirror. Thanks to the forums and all the information on where to tap in for the blinkers. Hardest par was fishing the wire through the arm and through the drivers side door grommet.
I used the Red LED strips from my local AutoZone and cut them down to six LED's per side.

Re: BT Mirror LED Blinkers

Nice! I still find it amazing that Nissan put them on the regular mirrors, and not the BT.
Good job, something similar is on my list of things to do.

Re: BT Mirror LED Blinkers

Great job. I got similar LEDs strips a few months ago to do the dame thing. Just haven't gotten around to doing it. LOL.
Was going to do mine at the bottom but might do it on top like yours.

Re: BT Mirror LED Blinkers

I always liked this idea, I was wondering if you can put it on the side farthest out, and a lil deeper could it highlight more the whole mirror behind it? I know it might be a long shot, just an idea, I might just have to try it to see.

Re: BT Mirror LED Blinkers

Do you find it obscures your view with it being at the top? Meaning the light output. I have been thinking about trying these with the application they suggest 33-SMD Sequential LED Arrow Lights For Side Mirror Turn Signal haven't researched it too much but seems very doable

Re: BT Mirror LED Blinkers

I found that location to be the best for me. You can try different locations but remember your wiring and what works best for you.

The lights don't interfere with my view at night. With my windows up they are not as bright because of my tints.
