New springs and Bilsteins will take care of your springs and struts. If they are shot, this should raise the front some.

I am not familiar enough with the alignment stuff to know if it will give you enough to correct it. While you are it, it may be a good idea to replace with the fully adjustable cam bolts as well

Good deal. If they work then it should solve my alignment issue too. The reason it's not aligning right is because I put a 4" lift on and my shocks and springs were already bad and so it made it even worse from the extra pressure of the lift giving me hardly any movement in my alignment

Re: Alignment

This will be the first time I've heard of Springs going bad. Shocks won't make a difference, you're not the first one to drive on bad shocks, I spent about 6-mos driving on shot shocks and there was no height difference. Bilstein are much better than KYB. I put a set of KYB GR2 on wife's Murano before we sold it and they're just a typical gas shock, seemed about the same quality as Monroe not bad but also not outstanding. KYB HD shocks work better than Bilstein on some 3/4-ton & 1-ton trucks but Bilstein seem to be a better fit on a Titan.

Re: Alignment

Likely... Anything more than 1" difference usually needs Cam Bolts.
