Well, I only had time to make a make shift vertical grill. The bars are at 3/4" wide and have 3/4" gaps. Give me your opinion, I going to try and make one out of metal sometime. I just sent 10 of my small hole grills into be chromed and 2 big holed ones in too. Those grills should be done by Saturday.
Later all.

The only reason I tried making one of these grills is because I had a couple of requests for it. It needs a little fine tuning. I'm just looking at the over all design. It's made out of cardboard for christ sake. I'm sure if it was chrome plated like the other grills I've made it might look a little better, besides the picture was taken at night to boot.

Interesting! I'm sure would be more impressive when chromed or in black?
Either looks like a mobile jail cell or like you've run over a referee.
I'm afraid I prefer the horizontal billet, since you asked.
Good Effort in any case!!

Reminders me of a storm water grate (nothing personal) I also believe the bars should be smaller and closer together. But a least your on the ball and trying to make something, wish I had the talent to try!!
