Now the question is does anyone have one of these? Any comments...not a bad price for a hard cover that includes free shipping and color match...$895.

That seems a little high to me. I just ordered an A.R.E. LS-II from truckin thunder for $784.00 (includes paint and carpet and they have a coupon for a remote latch release)....
