Thumbs up ACCESS Roll-Up Tonneau Installed !!!!

Just received on Friday and installed Saturday morning. Excellent quality ! Install was about 60 minutes, but could have been 30. No drilling, easy clamp mount. (I took my time and was yaking with the neighbors)

This version is the ACCESS-Standard. Excellent fit, finish and function. No flutter. No fussing. The wife would never be able to operate a hard cover. (too short @ 5'2"), but the roll up is a piece of cake. Has internal locking that makes it secure if you lock the tailgate. Cover material is a rubberized vinyl that is tear-proof. (it can be cut, but not ripped. If someone wants what you have in the bed, they gotta cut a hole large enough to get it out.)

Picked it up from a guy on ebay that deals and has shipped direct from the manufacture (Agri-Cover) in North Dakota. $ 330.00 shipped to California. New in Box.

This thing is really slick and looks awsome on the truck. Once I add the tailgate weather-stripping the bed will be water/dust proof !!!!

Website if your interested: http://www.accesscover.com/

PS... I'm a non-utilitrak, but instructions and hardware were included for you utilitrak folks, (but it did require that you drill thru your track at four places per side in lieu of using the clamps.)

I'd love to see some pics, I've been killing myself trying to decide on a bed cover. How long does it take to roll up, how does the locking mechanism work?

Pics may take a while, (unfortunatley the wife had the digital stolen at a restaurant). But you can get a pretty good idea what they look like from the website in the original thread.

It takes about 30 seconds to roll it up. Literally. Unrolling is about the same Plus an extra 30 seconds to secure the velcro. It really is a slick product.

The lock mechanism on mine (ACCESS Standard) is two nylon bars on on each side, built into the end latching piece. They can be slid into place engaging the side rails, thus preventing the end piece from being unlatched. Lock the tailgate and voila the cover cannot be opened.

This is a crappy pic but here is my access on my truck. Can roll up in seconds Really seconds. It does lock from inside then u shut and lock your tail gate. But like any soft cover a guy with a knife is no match. I have had many trucks and feel that this is by far best soft cover on market. All the dealers around here sell them.

That really looks good. I want one u-dem. I have the utilitrak syst. Can you show us how it installs, pics. You mention you have to drill a hole in the UT rail? Is it water tight from the manufacturer or do you have to make mods for it to be water proof.

U dont " HAVE TO" drill holes in your utilitrack. I didnt. I will post pics . The 4 clamps , 2 on each side hold very well and the rails are stiff enough you dont have to drill the holes and use screws in the middle. Mine has been on since July and no problems.

It's pretty darn watertight by itself. The only place that I have had water intrude was that through the sides of the tailgate. ACCESS makes a gasket kit that you can add, (I just ordered it) that solves that issue. The water that came in was very, very, very minor when I ran it through the carwash. Maybe a 1/4 cup

the video on their site makes it pretty hard to argue with if your looking for a rollup cover. looks like this thing is the premier rollup.

Actually, this looks very similar to the Truxedo, which makes me wonder why you'd say that it is garbage? I've had Low Profile Truxedo for a few months now, and so far I have no complaints.
