XE 4X4 Fog Light Install

I have the XE 4X4 and want to add the factory fog lights. I do not have the delay headlights or other power equipment.

My wife was going to order the kit for Christmas as my gift. the parts guys at the dealership where we bought the Titan stated that the new turn signal wouldn't work. I am rather confused. Does anyone know for sure if this is true? In doing the research I read something about using the fog light switch from an Xterra. Which year?
Or do I have to go with an aftermarket setup?

Thanks for any help that you can provide.

Has anyone actually driven in the fog at night or heavy snow with these things?
I had Nissan Fog lights on my Frontier and they sucked, and I have a sneaking feeling that these are the same lights.
I find the headlights sufficient for clear night time Illumination so if these are the same then they are in reality driving lights and a waste.

I have an XE 4x4 and I added the foglight kit to it. The kit comes with a new turn signal stalk that includes the foglight setting and it works just fine for me.

Can't really say how great they work. They illuminate the ditches and directly in front of the bumper a little bit more, but havent' had heavy fog to test them in yet.
