The cleats do need to be slid toward the back to remove them, as they cannot be mounted directly due to interference with the frame for the cover. Initially however, when I installed the cover using the UtiliTrac clamps provided with it, I couldn't use the cleats on any of the side rails - a major drawback of using the clamps. Now that I screwed the frame to the truck and removed the clamps, I can use my UtiliTrac again.

Folding bed cover

Anyone have a bed cover called "Advance" that folds and uses the utility track?

Do any of these covers provide alternate methods of fastening? I would very much prefer not to drill holes in the bed at this time, and I do not have the utlitrack, just a drop in bed liner.

Thanks

The Access cover comes with clamps to use for trucks that don't have the utilitrack system. These clamps mount on the inner bed rail... no drilling involved.
