Is it worth the price? For me, I'd say so. I needed a way of making the back of my bed useful for smaller cargo when my cab is full of passengers. I discovered this need immediately after getting the truck, when I had my family with me, and needed to carry some cargo home loosely in the bed. As far as price, it was $44 at the site, but came to $52 after S&H. It did come less than 48 hours from ordering, so I was happy with that.
For someone like me who has the vehicle more for boat towing abilities, not so much for hauling rocks to the job site, it works out well. I would get the Nissan divider if your needs are beyond groceries, luggage, life jackets, ski vests, etc.
Lastly, thanks for the compliments on the truck. I was just done washing it yesterday when the FedEx man pulled up with the divider. After I took pictures of the divider, I turned and saw how good the truck looked, and caught a photo of it also. I found it interesting how the color appeared more 'reddish' than normal due to the late day 'winter' sun. The photo in my avatar was taken in the same spot with a mid-day sun earlier in the year, and it looks more accurately colored.

Actually, the rubber non-slip feel of the material exceeded my expectations. I could see that double-stick velcro (stuck to back side of the truck bed) might possibly be a problem if you used the truck occasionally for hauling dirt/mulch/sand, as this would probably stick in the velcro, reducing its effectiveness when re-installing the divider. I have a trailer for those needs, so I won't need to haul items like that, and I see the lower UtiliTrac being even more of a concern in that instance.
