Not really much for looks, either. Looks like a high school metal shop project.

I like the skid plate part... the twists need to go though. Seems to me it would just slice through the bumper covers...

I think its safe to say Basstow has been run off this site. He'll never post another picture. I realize he asked for our opinion, but people are just heaping it on now. Three pages of it.

It looks a little thin. Maybe if it was a tubular design it might look a little better. It looks like you stole it from someones from porch railing.

But, all that matters is that you like it...

Alright, who's the 2nd person who voted it "Awesome"? We know Basstow was the 1st. That has to be the most lop-sided poll I've ever seen.

Don't go Basstow! We still love you! We just hate your bumper guard.

After looking at this thing again, I am beginning to wonder if it is supposed to be a joke? Maybe he was doing some home remodeling and had some old railings lying around along with some scrape metal and he just slapped this thing together and posted some pics of it to get a good kick out of our responses?

That would be sweet, but those are too heavy for a half-ton. Ranchhand front bumpers weigh 400+ pounds, it would ruin the front suspension on the Titan. There's a reason why the only make Bullnoses for 3/4+ ton pickups =).

Yeah...lol Here are some quotes from that episode.

"Some things are so snazzy they never go out of style! Like tail fins... And bubble domes... And shag carpeting..."

"I want a horn here, here, and here. You can never find a horn when you're mad. And they should all play `La Cucaracha'..."

Like the PM I sent ... I would be glad to build anyone one of these ... but it is going to be heavy and shipping would be pretty high.

I could use lighter thickness steel, but that would take it from indestructable to a little stronger than factory ... that would cut the weight down on the front end, but still give the look ... rear bumper same thing.
