where can i get color matched body molding?
does anyone know where to get color matched (in my case 'silver') body molding--the kind that goes on the doors (i have a crew cab). my truck didn't come with it and i can't find an accessory place or a dealer that can find it. the titan looks SO clean without it but i'm afraid of parking lot doors and such!
You will be better off getting some black side molding for the titan off ebay. HE sells black and chrome that stick on.
You can order OEM molding but you will need to drill holes in truck, this is partly how OEM side molding attaches. You will also have to get it painted, they all come in unfinished black ready to paint.

I ordered my body side moldings for my Titan XE Kingcab through my Nissan Dealer. They had them sent out for painting to match the body color (deepwater blue). A local body shop installed the moldings. No holes, no drilling. The backside already has one adhesive strip. The body shop applies the lower adhesive. Takes a couple of hours to fully dry.

How much does it cost for everything (painting and installing) ?

I bought these, then promptly sent them back. He buys a roll of Trim-gard brand molding and cuts to length. He charges $100, but you can buy a 20' roll of this stuff direct from Trim-gard for like $40. It's not Titan-specific as his ad states.

So Hal, are you saying these are the factory moldings, but the body shop just used additional adhesive to mount instead of drilling, or are these different than factory?? If they are aftermarket, could you provide cost/part #s, etc. I'm just curious cause everyone has been saying that drilling holes is required to install the factory ones. Thanks, man.

Sorry, but it won't help you unless you want to pay $100 + shipping for something worth about $30. Read up a few posts and you'll see why I sent mine back. Plus it comes in chrome or gloss black...don't think you'd be able to paint them.
I did, however, just talk to Jamie w/ Titanparts247.com today. The price he quoted for the OEM moldings on a CC was $212 (maybe $221). These come unpainted and are white. He said you'd be looking at close to $500 to have them sent out and paint to match!! Could diy or have local shop do for much less. Also, you don't have to drill holes in the doors to mount. Jamie said the raised guides, for lack of a better term, can be cut off and then applied with adhesive, probably like Hal had his done.
