Street scene grille

Anybody install the Street scene mesh grill on the Titan? I'm curious as to what the finished result is. If you could post or email me some pics I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I put the chrome on my Armada and wish I'd gotten the brushed finish, its a little too much. Word of warning though they only sent the upper and are out of steel to make the lower...I've been waiting almost a month for it to be made. The other thing I don't like is that it doesn't fit in the grille very well, the tops stick out further than the grille. Plus its kind of a pain to install because you have to split the grille apart. I'll take a photo this weekend if I get a chance.

You know, I have always liked street scene grilles. I think they look better than any other design on the market. The problem is, I have seen several pictures of them on Titans and they look like crap. No offense at all to you guys that have them. It certainly isn't your fault. The fact is the grilles simply don't fit the holes properly at all which sucks because I wanted a set of these grilles as well.

I purchased the Grillcraft set up and fits like a glove even made here in the States. I got the black also for a future project I have in mind because the fit was perfect!
On a side note this Friday I installed the Stillen Big Brake kit so the only sore part of the truck for me is now permanently fixed I will post pictures of the set up shortly!

Please post some photos and install steps on the "Stillen" brakes as I have them in my wish list. Thank you

Hey Boone....not a big mod guy but what are those lights (fog?) you placed in the lower grill? Is that some kinda kit or did you have to fabricate that yourself? Install pics? Those look amazing...

The difference between the Grill craft and the street scenes is the shape. The grill craft mounts tight against the factory black grid grill while the street scene grill projects forward of the factory grill. The grill face turns back in a generous radius creating a concave effect, when looking at the back of the grill prior to installation. The Street scene grill uses this shape to add rigidity to the grill while Grill craft attaches the perforated grill material to an edging that runns around the perimeter of each grill piece. I prefer the Street scene because of the projection of the grill. It changes the grills appearance beyond the obvious material and makes the factory grill less visible when looking at it.

2big4me,
It was not a kit. The install pics along with mounting are posted on this site just search for street scene and it will be listed. The lights are 100W driving lights that are tied into the high beams.

gr8titan,
The brakes were easy to put on just a unbolt/bolt on project and took an hour to do both with the new brake lines. I will post pictures in the next few days....they work great!!!

Boone-Titan,
I looked at the "Street Scene" at the SEMA show and agree with you it does look great also and had a hard time deciding! On the Grillcraft you actually cut the center area out (not sides) and all parts are screwed in. I am going to get a white grill and bumper and have a black set for the "Sporty" look.
