Question A question about Westin bull bar mounting....

I don't have tow hooks on my truck. What does the bull bar mount to? I looked in the holes where the tow hooks would be but it doesn't look like you could mount it there. Does it come with brackets?

I can't answer your question but I'm pretty sure the bull bar that Pagerdaddy has is the same, you might P.M. him and see.
Good luck.

With the O/R front skid plate it has to be modified for the mounting of the bull bar, correct?

Steve, the bull bar will come with the bolts and spacers needed. The place it bolts up to isn't flat, so that may be the reason it doesn't look right to you. The spacers will take care of the offset.

The brackets are part of the bull bar. From your sig, I assume you don't have the OR package, so there shouldn't be any skid plate issues. Ensclark posted a very good description of how to mod the two together for those that need to.

If you go with Westin, make sure you check for dents in it before mounting, especially the crossbar. They don't have enough sense to pad the boxes for shipment. You may want to check the return policy of the vendor regarding defective merchandise (and if they will do a call tag) prior to ordering.
