Securing Auxiliary Driving lights

Ok, I have some new Hella driving lights for the front of the truck.
Since I haven't seen a real winch/light bar yet, I'm just planning on attaching the lights to a secure mount point using flat 1/4" steel plating.
The lights mount with just a single bolt at the base.
My question:
Do people have problems with lights being stolen?
Someone could just unbolt the light, and take it.
Is there any way to make it more difficult to steal?
I guess that I could always bolt the light on, then spot weld the threads,
but if I ever wanted to remove the light, the bolt would have to be cut.

Ideas?

Not sure about your light questions, but just wanted to let you know there are winch bumpers available for the Titan.

Check out this thread HERE. FYI - You will have to manually fix the links or type them in yourself.

Yes, something is available. I know PIAA sells them on the web. Basically its a nut with a unique shape similar to anti-theft wheel lugs. I think they were about $30.00 a set. Someone on the web had a setup that consisted of a wire run thru the light bracket and wired into an aftermarket alarm system. Break the wire and the alarm goes off. Seemed useless to me since by the time the alarm would sound, the thief would be on his way.
