Truck Hyde tonneau covers

Anyone have experience with these? I saw them in the latest JC Whit. catalog and they look alot like Truxedo. In fact, after searching the web it looks like they might be manufactured by the same company, Shur-Co. The cost is considerably less than Truxedo, JC had it listed for $299 plus an additional 15% off bringing it to around $255 plus $22 for shipping. Not bad if it's comparable to the Truxedo.
