Talking cst suspension vs. procomp suspension

I have been thinking about a new suspension ever since i got the truck the stock suspension is just that stock and its great for every day normal driving, but i need something more exciting and the cst 8" and procomp 6" suspensions are the 2 i have been looking at. Is there anyone with these lifts that has any input on which one is better. the picture on the left is the procomp, the one on the right is the CST.thanks

I have the CST with about 5000 miles on it and no issues so far.

Pro Comp rides better.

Happened to be at 4WP a few weeks ago and had the chance to see the install of a 6" Pro Comp on a CC like mine. They did the install with the new coilovers and it looked very clean. Also had new wheels with 35" procomp Xterains. Got to take a ride after the install and it rode great minus the teeth chattering when stopping from the new treads.

Also drove in a CC last year at the dealer with the CST lift. The thing rode like a tank. The thing I don't know about is whether it had new coilovers or blocks and the factory suspension. Could make a difference.

Of note on the Pro Comp lift is that you can adjust the suspension to your needs. I myself like that factory ride so will have them soften it up when I get mine installed.

Hope this helps

Get the new fabtech lift. I would not trust the pro comp lift but the CST is good to go. The fabtech is a 6"

If you go with the fabtech, plan on spending some more money to fix the axle wrap. Don't know if the other lifts are the same or not but mine has it BAD.

I guess...I've had the CST for 9k miles with zero problems. Every guy I know who has/had a lifted truck actually is suprised how plush it rides

The CST is pricey but you get what you pay for.
