Stillen Bumper Cover

Has anyone installed a Stillen Bumper Cover (www.stillen.com)? I really like the look and i have a couple questions for those who have installed it or know something about it.
1) Would this fit a 2005?
2) Is that the same size bottom grill insert as stock so i could use an aftermarket grill ?
