Westin Bull Bar - No Skid Plate Modification

I just finished mounting my bull and I was able to do so without modifing my skid plate. Before I bought I was well aware of the fact that I would have to trim part of my skid plate to accomindate the bull bar. After looking at it a while I came up with the following configuration that allowed me to mount the bull bar without having to modify the skid plate. It requires you to purchase two new bolts (same as the longer bolts provided with the bull bar) and to make two spacers 3/4" long. I have attached a picture of the configuration to hopefully make it a little clearer. Hope this helps!!

I would like to see those myself. I am having issues with my brushguard and the skidplate as well. It mounts just like the bullguard.

Doesn't mounting your bull bar this way cause your skid plate to be mounted lower than original? Not that that would necessarily be a problem, just curious.

Yes, about a 1/2" lower.

How did you make that spacer and what did you make it out of?
