The more I look at it, the more I think if they moved the V supports closer to the chrome V rather than leaving the space between the two it might look alot better.

What do you guys think?

I don't know what it is exactly but it's missing a little something. From looking again, I think the V is in the right place. I think it would look a little strange if the center section was narrower. I think maybe it needs a thin vertical bar that matches up with the corner of the headlight or something. The headlight area just looks like too much open space or something. Look at the picture below again and see if you get what I'm talking about.

Well, it's definitely better than this beast! http://www.titantalk.com/forums/atta...achmentid=5917

That was the first draft, so to say, for those of you just joining us here.

Ah the infamous prototype. Or, "hey look what my drunken brother did when he came home last night with my Titan and parked it on the porch."

I was thinking something as simple as a single vertical bar added similar to what I drew in the pic below.

i agree with blwedge the thing would look better with the way he did his pic that would help the fact that it looks funny with the shrinking of the ball as it passes the head light the bar narrows and it looks funny to me right there how the bar just looks somebody could not find the same size pipe so they used smaller pipe so in a nutshell yes I completely 100% agree with blwedge on his modification of this grill gaurd

Not really sure if you were serious or not......can't ever really tell with you. That's all right..you keep it interesting. Anyway, the first pic is like before. On the second, I went a little crazy.

I like the first one. Got to go to work so I'll look at it some more when I get back later. Hopefully I won't have to wade thru 5 pages of I hate it.

Good Job.

Hey, I found one I really like. All this talk about Brush Guards got me thinking. Since I decided not to get a cap, and a Tonneau Master rolling cover instead, I have about $1200 difference to spend on other toys.

The Brush Guard with headlight protectors and some nice bright spot lights, some rain guards, and maybe a back window banner. Then I can say, I pimped my ride. Well pimped it as much as I ever would.
Have a good one.

Okay I like the first one, but my wife thinks that it extends to far away from the body. It does look like quite a gap.

Mike up that's not a bad looking brush guard. It's just not custom enough. New truck needs a new brushguard.

The brush guard I pictured was the Nissan OEM brush guard. However I won't be getting it after I had it priced out. The brush guard with headlight protectors and foglights will be $1000 after installed by the dealer. OUCH!! Nice, but definitely not that nice. For the whole ball of wax, I was ready to pay maybe $600, not $1000.

Have a good one.
