Here are the pics of the underside.
The first is the seat with the factory brackets taken off. Second shows more detail of the factory bolt pattern. Third shows the brackets I made attached. Fourth shows the mounting rails in the track. Fifth shows all the brackets during rust proofing.

Ok, Here we are more than a year later. I need to change my opinion on a few things.
1. I would not buy the Torza Top again. For the way I use the truck it was not a good choice. I will be buying a roll up , snap down. Anyone interested in the Torza Top can have it for $50.00 if they come pick it up. 2. My kids have gotten to the age where they don't want to ride in the bed. I am selling the custom bench seat listed in the previous threads. Anyone interested PM me. I am asking $175.00

Ok, Torza Top is in the way in my garage.
Whoever comes and picks it up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida can have it for free. I am still taking offers on the seating. Chris
