Helper springs or ???

Anyone installed helper springs or anything along that line yet on their Titan. Mainly what I am concerned with is are they worth it and if so what is a good brand that is easy for someone to install theirself? Any help is appreciated as I am getting back into landscaping season, and the last time I checked they weren't making the blocks for the walls and patios any lighter.
