How are you guys doing? i just bought my titan, but i was so stupid to get it without power windows, that really sucks has anyone had intalled power windows or is it even possible i been looking all over the internet looking for power windows kits, but they just dont do it i dont think a 150 dollar kit will be good enough, i have talk to some dealers and they all give me that bull **** we dont do that? has anyone done it or what .
Ya man there are tons of posts on that. Im assuming you got a KC 4x2 XE? I have the same. Its really easy so i've heard. i havent installed it yet, but im planning on doing so shortly.

About a week ago I had SPAL power windows installed on my '05, with the lighted switches (2 on driver's side...1 on passenger side). If you are mechanically inclined, you can save yourself a bunch of money. The cost of the parts was less than $150, but three hours worth of labor involved in installing the kit raised the price to about $475. I am very happy with the SPAL kit (make sure you get the heavy duty kit), and would recommend it.
What about finding a poor wrecked Titan in the junk yard and grab what you need?
I believe you will need a new wire harness too (the one in under the dash and the ones in the doors). Also I don't think the BCM is configured on a 4x2 KC for power.
Its actually not hard at all. Read the how-to's online... Its really simple actually. Just dont get intimidated. thats what usually scares people off. Its super easy. and what can you lose? if you cant install in the end by yourself, you can have an installer finish the job. Either way you can only gain from installing yourself. That money can be used for a whole bunch of other awesome things. like a volant.

I recommend a "search" there are tons of info on it. I did it and you can find some pictures on the link in my signature. Some lock and window pictures are on the second page of the link.
Regarding the switches, are they auto-up, auto-down??
I bought the OEM switches in hopes of using them with an aftermarket power window kit like this one from SPAL.
No luck! The voltage output is on the relay level, it would require a BCM from an SE trim level to spit any voltage out to the motors. The switches are more like a circuit board underneath with no accessible place to jump to with your own wires.
I'm sure there is a way to hack the OEM switches to work, but I have NOOO idea how to go about doing that.

The switches are not auto-up/down. I would've liked to see something like that in the aftermarket also.
There is a load limiter that cuts current after the limit of the "wind" has been reached.
For example, you can lower your window half way without engaging the "auto down" feature, then click the switch all the way down to engage the "auto down." It will go all the way down, providing current to the motor for up to 1.0 seconds after the window has reached its lowest position.
I have to think there is something aftermarket that has this simple feature.
