Anyone had their oem rims chromed locally?
I am considering buying some of e-bay if the price is right, having them chromed local & then selling the ones off my truck on e-bay.
I am trying to save some bucks & not do the swap thing. The person on e-bay lives close btw! Thanks, TitanTexan

I've had wheels chromed locally with good results in the past. Most recent with the FX45. If you don't know a good chrome shop check with the local motorcycle shops, they generally know the good ones. You are probably looking at around $100 per wheel to get a good chrome job. I bought some QX56 take offs from an Infiniti dealer for a bit less than that.

How different are the ones that are already chromed to begin with?
