Question truck toppers

Just went and looked at camper tops and hard tonneau covers. Has any one heard of pilot? If so are they worth the $$$$? They are asking around 895 for a painted to match camper and about 750 for a painted to match hard tonnaeu. Please let me know if ya'll have ever delt with this brand before.

Thumbs down

36 reviews and ZERO replies. Thanks. It seems like you ask questions around here and you only get an answer if, oh well I will ask my questions some where else.

Chris,

I googled and could not find anything with the name of Pilot dealing with bed covers that a hard, soft or campers. Do you have a link to view what you saw? Maybe a dealer name that sells the product?

Seems no one have a Pilot cover to answer your question. You can ask it somewhere else and might get same results. With attitude like yours you ain't getting no where.

For around $850-$900 you can get the ARE LSII. I have never heard or seen the toppers you are referring to. The ARE is well liked by many on this forum. I don't read every topic or even visit this site everyday, and I am sure many folks are the same as me. Please be patient for responses. 36 views probably means 36 people have never heard of this topper and have nothing constructive to add. This forum has been an excellent source of information for me so please be patient and folks will respond.

Never heard of them-where are they? You?

The 36 views were of folks like me who never heard of them/Where are they? You?Do they have one on the lot for you to look at?
Do they have a big lot with lots of product??$895 for a camper top is very cheap.I have never heard of fiberglass tops being that cheap(not in 10 years). Are they aluminum?Al toppers were always cheaper, but not readily available anymore.
Let us know.Be careful if they want a big deposit, and don't have a big lot-lotta product.
I love the price-Tops usually end up costing $1500+(windows,lights,lined etc).Base unlined tops about 1100 no options.Charlie

I have an ARE Z. I am liking it so far, even though I had to re-wire it myself after the "professional" installation. I have never heard of PILOT.

Peace, out.
