Angry Bad move ordering from Courtesy.

Ordered a fog light kit from Courtesy on 21 June and was told it shipped right out. Started calling on Monday the 27th and every day this week and I have gotten every excuse in the book, they sure were quick to charge me for the product but to actually ship it and get it to the customer that's another story that still continues.
Think very carefully before ordering from these guy's. Why didn't I order from 24/7, my bad.

You referring to Courtesy Nissan in Texas? I've ordered multiple things from them and never had a problem. Usually show up within 3-4 days as well.

I really thought hard before posting this issue with them. But when I started getting different stories and excuses from them thats when I started in from my end. They sure were quick to charge the customer, but it's the service that brings em back. Yeah, I've heard nothing but good things about Jamie at 24/7, ya learn from your mistakes. You only get one chance with my money.
Which goes to say why I'll always go back to Greg/PRG .

I've ordered everything from a hitch, bug sheild for my Xterra, and splash guards, windsheild sun cover, bug sheild and other things for my Titan from them. My ONLY negative experience was the bug sheild. It came in in a box, not plastic coating, no mounting hardware, no instructions even. It was very scratched up. I called them, they gave me a RGA number and said they would send me a new one once they got it back. I said thanks but I'll buy it locally, they said no problem. UPS had it picked up the next day, my account was credited the day they got it back. That is my ONLY bad experience with them ... they made it right ... and I would order from them again without hesitation.
