Anyone esle having trouble removing tow hook bolts?

Im trying to install my new bull bar and i can not get the front bolts off. It took an air rachet to remove the rear ones. Any ideas?

I was able to take mine off with a socket wrench and some elbow grease. Keep tryin and they'll come off

how were you able to get a socket wrench in there? it doesnt seem like i have enough room to get one to fit due to the chrome section of the bumper.

wrench and pipe

I was able to get mine off with a wrench.... but i also had to put a lot of umphh into it. Try using a wrench and slide a piece of pipe over the wrench.

I put a pipe over the wrench I was using and then whacked it with a 6 pound sledge. It took a few tries but they came off.

Nothing beats a good cheater bar. An old 1/2 inch torque wrench works well too.
