Key fob breaking
Both of my key fobs are broke where the metal key ring attaches to the key fob. There are two flimsy plastic loops that hold the metal ring on....that is what is breaking on mine. Anyone else have this stupid problem?? How hard is it to get a new one? How much $$ and how do I get it programed to work on my truck?? I see fobs on ebay pretty cheap (like $12 a piece?) I am thinking of drilling a small hole in the base toward the bottom and putting my ring through there but I dont want to drill through anything important. DAMMIT!!!

open it up, and make sure that you will not drill through anything. I open mine up to clean it all the time, not hard at all. So go ahead and check, maybe this will save you money and keep this from happening again.

If you have warranty, slam it on their service desk and say "I'll give you a $20 if you get me two new keyfobs"
JK They will replace it for you free of charge. If you don't have warranty I think you would have to use that quote.
