Save your money a little longer and get a suspension lift. You won't regret it.
Body lifts are typically a huge amount of work to install, and usually end up looking cheezy because you can see light between the body and frame. You can also end up with all kinds of crazy fitment issues if the kit isn't well engineered, since the body moves up, but the steering, shifter, radiator and tons of other stuff don't.

I think it's the Pro Comp suspension lift that mounts with no cutting or welding. If you want to go back to stock eventually, that's the one to look at.

Ive seen the performance accessories kit and it looks pretty good..the only thing that KINDA bothers me is how it looks from the rear but havent really gotten any good shots of the rear looks between the hitch and the rear bumper...Thats the main thing stopping me from getting it...It personally doesnt matter to me too much if its a body lift or a suspension lift but I dont want to spend soo much and I wont be offroading or anything I just want the look...well...any pics would be great...thanks guys

I had a Performance Accessories 3 inch body lift on my last truck (Ranger) and I thought it was great. Alot cheaper than a suspension lift and NOT that hard to install. If you are not a hardcore offroader and you are just looking for some lift to fit some bigger tires....or, if you are just be going for looks....a body lift might be exactly what you are looking for.

As far as seeing "daylight" just make sure to purchase the Gap-Guards along with the body lift and you will be fine. With the body lift you will also be keeping the factory suspension, which I think is a good thing.

Performance Accessories is a reputable company and has been around for a while so you don't have to worry about "crazy fitment issues"....the kit comes with everything you need. And at around $300 it is WAAAAY cheaper than a suspension lift. However, suspension lifts are awesome and if you are planning to do some serious off-roading, a suspension lift is the way to go.

My Ranger
