Brand new titan rims and tires

I just bought a new titan and I put on a 7" CST lift with 35" tires. I have no use for the original tires plus spare and am looking to sell them for a more than reasonable price and split the shipping. They are located in Md and can be freighted anywhere. They are the LE 6 spoke 18" model.

Anyone know where to get an inexpensive bumper in black. I think it would cost too much to paint the gray that came on it. I still have no idea why manufacturers use gray instead of a black bumper. Thanks
