55W fogs will work fine with the stock harnesses. Anything higher and I would upgrade the harness. The ones in my sig pic are 55W APC fogs ran through the stock harness and with a stock fog light stalk. They worked fine. Although I uninstalled them because they filled up with water. Had them installed for over a month though and used them every night with no damage to the harnesses. As of right now I am trying to find a higher quality 55W 4" fog or driving light that doesn't cost a fortune.

I'm considering the PIAA 510's for my Titan. Did you have to alter/cut/drill the mounting brackets much?
