I'm thinkin' about getting one for mine. I think I'd like to buy new though. Is volant the way to go for cold air intake for the Titan? Would K&N be just as good?

Watch the bids go up on this one now that everyone on TitanTalk knows about it. What do those cost new?

They are both very good. Volant is a closed system K&N open but both are very good. I'd say Volant is a wee bit better but also more $

I have K&N BTW

I hear nothing but good things about Volant but can't speak personally because I don't have it. I do have the K&N 77 series and am very happy with it although I don't have anything to compare it with either.

not sure about which one is better....most people will say that the one they have is better, to validate their purchase. heck, i would too. i do know that some of the volants on ebay have a 230-250 dollar "buy it now". so right now, 200 bucks or less is a good deal.

We need to make a rule no posting of ebay listings unless they are yours cause now the price gets driven up ridiculously high by people who weren't looking for this. If its your item fine I have no problem if you get some good money for it but now my find is no longer a find!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Members can throw there stuff in the for sale section and if they don't get any action and it goes to ebay please post the link as the item has already been up in the public eye but everybody likes to get a good deal once in a while but let em work for it or be looking for it

Not that I don't like helping people out.

I agree! I had this in my "Items to Watch" because I thought it was a good deal. Not for long now.

Well if he was a titan talk member he could have posted it I've seen it done before so he probably isn't but maybe you know it was on my watch list but not anymore. Thats one of the things that makes ebay both a buyers and seller market as there isn't any advertising except on ebay itself so if your looking for something you can usually find it there.
