Thumbs up Wreck Titan.....

I got into a wreck the other day in my Titan. This stupid little punk in his daddy's truck hit my left rear tail light and crushed in the little tool box in the quater panel. I was wondering what would be the most affordable website to get the littletool box and the tail light. I'm to get OEM parts too. And I would let the insurence pay for the body work and paint. I'm doing this becuz it was my fault and my insurence is paying for it.

Just take your truck to a reputable body shop and have them order OEM parts for your truck.

If your insurance is paying for it just pay your deductable and let them pay the rest.

PS: Im sorry to hear you were charged in causing the accident with a stupid little punk.

Wow! sorry to hear you banged up the big T. I banged mine last saturday so I know how it feels. If your duductable is low just let the Insurance do it. However, after you claim with the insurance it is reported to companies like carfax. So when you sell it your truck will have a accednet report to it. I will spend the $1300 to fix mine myself. Its not worth the trouble with the insurance.

Most insurance co only report to carfax if it is structual damages.
Then it's only like 40% of the time..
Don't sweat it...

Serinity Now, Serinity Now...

Man that stinks. Sorry about your wreck. I am surprised you are not out on bail for attacking the kid after you were cited. Although, I would fight the ticket, a yeild means to slow down without stopping, not to avoid a wreck. Your word against his, maybe a judge will take one look at him and go with your word.

Try doing a google search for your parts. Good Luck.

I dont believe anyone is being hard on you. If you think they are you should see some of their other posts!! If you didnt want them to comment on the majority of your post you should have posted something to the effect of:

"I got into a wreck the other day in my Titan. I was wondering what would be the most affordable website to get the littletool box and the tail light. I'm going to get OEM parts too. "
That way they could not have commented on the rest of it.

I would try junk yards in the area first. You will probably get it the cheapest there.

actually, yield doesn't mean to "slow down" it means to give up possession or give up rights to. Therefore the so called "punk kid" had ownership of the lane and you were to "yield" or "give up possession/rights" of the lane to him. I hate how when adults screw up with a teen involved, they always blame the teen for there incompetents. Viewing your first post along with your avatar, it looks like YOUR the stupid punk kid. Grow up, before you REALLY hurt someone.
