HID's.

I'm not sure what brightness level. I'll check the service manual when I get home tonight.

Re: JDM HID for Titan Review

got the 6k installed and they do have a bit of blue in them

I actually dont want any blue due to the chance of being pulled over, but hopefully its not going to be a problem.

I have to think the 8k would definately stand out as being more blue than white

now I just need to adjust the beam and post a pic

thanks to the thread starter...xmas was early for me now...

really, i had the silver stars in my grand am for about 8 months, i took them out and installed them in my moms grand am when i traded it in. they have been working for over 2 1/2 years since then and are still problem free. i also know the silver stars came stock on my 04 max for the fog light bulbs, i dont remember if they were stock for the actual lights on the halogen set ups or not.

i had phillips D2S 4300K burners in my max and that was the main reason why i ordered the HID's for the titan

also alot of the 6th gen maxima guys purchase "yellow" fogs to go with their HID's do we know of any that would fit in the titan fog housing's?

Re: JDM HID for Titan Review

when you pay with paypal, you write it in the comments box. tell him the truck, year, and color you want. if you dont he'll send you an e-mail asking for it. just make sure to use the coupon code and save some money

Re: JDM HID for Titan Review

In the item description it tells you what to do. Basically, if you pay with paypal, the page where you enter the coupon code has a box for instructions. In that box, list your year/make/model and HID Temp (6000k or 8000k)

ok I got them today and put them in! they are the 6000k. I think I read the instructions wrong and turned the wheel to the inside instead of outside cause it was easier when sticking out. my wheels are 10 inch wide so that could be the difference.

My garage door is off white in color. I noticed that the right bulb isn't as bright as the left. have you guys noticed the same. I took this pic from the right side of the truck and even in the driver's seat it's still the same with the right appearing weaker. Also it's more blue than I expected than from the original post.

here's the S2000 and Titan upclose

you can see the low S2000 lights on the right. notice the cutoff versus halogen reflectors. I didn't take a farther shot but when they shine to a distance it becomes more blue/white.

self explanatory
