Got me some tow mirrors

I got me some tow mirror off ebay, got them for 270 shipped. Story goes the seller bought an 08 titan brought it home and because of garage size went back 2 days later and got the standard mirrors installed.

I received them today and when I opened the boxs they had the chrome backs, not sure how I feel about that since I am not a big fan of chrome but I will put them on this week and see how I like em.

I wanted these to make pulling the toy hauler a bit easier, but since I have an XE they will be manuel unless I can figure out a way to wire them to work. I saw a post somewhere about it, not sure if it was here or another board?

well... if ya don't like those chrome ones, let me know, I would be willing to do a "shipping cost" swap for my black tow mirrors... or you could always check to see if anyone in your area wants to do a swap with ya...

to answer the power question... at a minimum, you're gonna need to get the door switch assembly in order to operate the mirrors, but I'm not sure if there is OEM wiring installed in XE models or not either...

You'll need the SE door harnesses, the switch, the finisher, and you'll also need to make a custom harness. The thread about the manual ---> power mirror conversion is over on clubtitan.

I have tow mirrors but i want to remove them and put on some turn signal mirrors i bought on ebay. I tried putting them but the connecter doesen't seem to fit. Can someone tell how to fix this problem?
